Our Core Policies
Effective as of January 2024. These terms apply to all premium bookings made via ACP Tours.

1. Booking Policy

To secure your premium holiday, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once the deposit has been processed.
- Full payment must be settled at least 45 days prior to the departure date.
- For last-minute bookings (within 45 days), full payment is required immediately.
- Payments can be made via major credit cards, wire transfers, or secure online portals.

2. Cancellation and Refund

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation structure is designed to be fair to both our travelers and local luxury partners:
45+ Days Notice
Loss of deposit only.
30-44 Days Notice
50% of total trip cost is forfeited.
15-29 Days Notice
75% of total trip cost is forfeited.
Under 14 Days
100% of total trip cost is forfeited.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all legal requirements for their destination:
- Valid passports (minimum 6 months validity from departure) and necessary visas.
- Adequate travel insurance covering medical, repatriation, and cancellation.
- Adherence to local laws and customs of the destination countries.
- Disclosure of any health conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

4. Force Majeure

ACP Tours shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
In such events, ACP Tours will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternatives, but refunds may be limited to what is recoverable from suppliers.
